The 29th annual conference will be held September 13-15, 2023 at the new Oklahoma City Convention Center, located at 100 Mick Cornett Drive, in downtown Oklahoma City. The convention center’s sleek and modern design features sweeping downtown views and is situated just steps away from the recently opened, Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. Attendee Section:

Don't miss the 29th Annual AONP Conference. We have a great event planned again for this year. Learn the latest medical information, update your skills, earn vital CEs, reconnect with old friends and network with colleagues -- and it's all close to home.

Continuing Education (CE) and Pharmacology Accreditation:

AANP Approval: “This activity will be submitted, for continuing education and pharmacology approvals, to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners®. This activity is being planned in accordance with AANP Accreditation Standards and Policies.”
OKBON Approval: The conference continuing education hours will also be submitted and approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing for pharmacology hours.
Note: AONP conferences are approved for continuing education and pharmacology hours from both AANP and OKBON. The pharmacology hours approved by OKBON are accepted by AANP. AANP approved hours are also accepted by ANCC.

Earning CEs and CE Certificates:

AONP uses the latest technology to scan and verify attendance. A small tag, located in your name badge, communicates with readers located in the hallways and lecture entrances. With no delays or hassles, simply wear your name badge to accurately record your attendance. AANP requires attendees to complete an individual session evaluation to receive CEs for each lecture. A link to the lecture evaluations can be found on the agenda (in the right nav. menu of this events page). An individual session and overall conference evaluation must be completed by each attendee. ALL EVALUATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN TWO WEEKS. We will email conference 2023 AONP CE Certificates after all evaluations are complete. If you have completed all conference evaluations and do not receive your CE Certificate within two weeks; check your spam and junk folders, then contact Susie Brown at susie@npofoklahoma.com. Also, if you need your CE sooner than the two-week window, let us know so we can expedite your certificate.

Who can attend:

Your family and pets are welcome to join you during your visit to downtown OKC for the AONP confeence. They are welcome to enjoy the beautiful Omni hotel and the OKC area activities. However, children and pets are not allowed in lectures. Only paid attendees may attend conference educational lectures. We have a private nursing station for those attendees needing this.
