Save the date for 2021 AONP Conference!

The 27th annual conference will be held September 22, 23, & 24, 2021 at the new OKC Convention Center at Scissortail Park and the Omni Hotel.

2021 AONP Conference Registration is Open!

The 2021 AONP Conference CEs will be submitted for approval by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Our calculations show attendees may earn up to 20 contact hours of accredited education and 14 AANP RX (with a workshop). The conference will also be approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing for 20.4 pharmacology hours.

Attendee Registration/Confrmation/Cancellation Policy:

Registration: includes tuition, conference materials (available for attendees to download from the AONP website and on a !ash drive provided at check-in). Times and programs are subject to change. The latest conference information, agenda and program schedule will be posted on the Activities page of the AONP website.

Confirmation: Registration confrmation is emailed to the address provided on the registration form. If you don’t receive your email confirmation, check your spam and junk folders then contact susie@npofoklahoma.com for another copy.

Refunds | Cancellations: Attendee registration cancellation must be received, in writing/by email, by September 15th to receive a full refund, minus a $35.00 processing charge. No refunds or transfers after September 15th.


Exhibitor Information:

Exhibitors will be provided one 6’ draped and skirted table, two chairs, WiFi access, a wastebasket and marketing of your company in our brochures, emails and conference signage. Attendees will receive exhibitor company and contact information. Registered exhibitors will receive a list of attendees.

Get your product in front of more attendees:

  • Charging Station: Your logo on a designated charging station for attendees to re-charge laptops, tablets and smart phones. 
  • Convention Bags: Bags with your logo, artwork and marketing materials distributed to each attendee at registration check-in. Your representative may personally hand out these convention bags to attendees - affording excellent contact opportunities.
  • Door Wraps: Display your company logo and graphic on the glass entrance doors to the Convention Center. Get exposure to all attendees 24/7 during the convention. 
  • Hotel Key Cards: An innovative way to get your message out there! Sponsor’s product info and logo on Omni Hotel's key cards for our lodging guests.
  • Lanyards & Attendee Name Badge: 400-500 lanyards and attendee badges. Your logo on the lanyard and name badge inserts.
  • Photo Booth w/logo: Photo Booth with company sponsor's logo on each photo. 
  • Flash Drive: Your company logo on the flash drive provided to attendees. Marketing flyers may be preloaded on the flash drive.
  • Wednesday Lunch Product Lecture: One-hour product lecture/presentation attended by our conference attendees. Estimated attendance: 200 attendees. The lecture topic and speaker will be advertised in the agenda, handouts and via email blasts. 
  • Thursday Breakfast Product Lecture: One-hour product lecture/presentation attended by our conference attendees. Estimated attendance: 200 attendees. The lecture topic and speaker will be advertised in the agenda, handouts and via email blasts. 
  • Thursday Lunch Product Lecture: One-hour product lecture/presentation attended by our conference attendees. Estimated attendance: 400 attendees. The lecture topic and speaker will be advertised in the agenda, handouts and via email blasts. 
  • Friday Breakfast Product Lecture: One-hour product lecture/presentation attended by our conference attendees. Estimated attendance: 200 attendees. The lecture topic and speaker will be advertised in the agenda, handouts and via email blasts.
