8:30 am – 12:30pm: Legislative Workshop. The workshop has been submitted to AANP approval of 5CE hours. The workshop attendees will learn how Oklahoma law shapes APRN practice, breakout sessions to practice talking points to explain necessity for removing barriers to APRN professional practice, and the best strategies for successful interactions with legislators and stakeholders.
12:30 pm: Lunch
1:00pm – 3:00 pm: Leave for the Oklahoma State Capitol to meet Legislators.
